Airway... in CPR is of utmost importance. Despite the fact that Cabal is bleeding profusely, Miranda knows that if he can't get oxygen an intact circulatory system does no good at all. Therefore she established an airway he can breathe through, and can now focus on how to get the bleeding to stop.
By the look on her face there's a bit of futility creeping into her head here. :(
I'm hoping to close the chapter in no more than two pages. One page if I can lay it out like I want without skipping some integral interaction between Sagira and her father.
